Shipping policy

 

Shipping will not be refunded unless there is fault on the seller (wrong color or item shipped). Delays may occur due to Covid though we typically ship within 48 hours of receipt of an order. 

Purchase of brewing kits that may produce alcoholic beverages (hard cider, kombucha, etc.) requires the recipient be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be required prior to shipping and upon receipt. Please do not order these kits if you are not 21 and cannot provide ID upon receipt. Refunds will not be issued for shipping if ID is not provided for alcoholic kits and we may notify authorities of an attempt to purchase alcoholic making equipment by a minor.
