
Using Poblano and Jalapeno pepper, that is fermented over 3 weeks, this Fermented Green Sriracha is garlicky, slightly sweet, a little funky, and packs a punch. Use it as a chimichurri on red meats but it is excellent on fish, or used like a chutney over Indian and Thai food. We could have it everyday on a burger instead of ketchup. This probiotic sauce is truly the extra something you couldn't put your finger on but needed to have with a fantastic unique heat.
