Explore this East End treasure with our wonderful local expert Mike Bottini who just authored a beautiful book on the topic titled The Walking Dunes: East Hampton’s Hidden Treasure. Located just past Napeague, the Dunes are a magical and rare ecological find. Mike will share just deep knowledge of the rego on, including his ‘less crowded’ entrance. Registrants are limited to 6 and masks are required.
Registration includes a copy of his new book which can be picked up in advance at our pop up to support Environmental Film in partnership with the Hamptons Film Festival at 79 Newtown Lane, M-F 11-5.
About:
Mike Bottini is a wildlife biologist with Seatuck Environmental Association; he currently holds a Level III Track & Sign Certificate with CyberTracker and uses these skills in his otter and coyote wildlife research.
