Our Tricky Word flashcards are a great resource for supporting children to learn tricky words at home. Tricky words are words that children can't sound out phonetically and our pack includes all the tricky words taught in Phase 2 - 5 of the Letters and Sounds Government document(Reception to Year 1).

We know how confusing phonics can be for parents so we have included a helpful information card that explains a little bit about tricky words, what they are and why your child will be learning them. On the back of this information card there is a table which lists all the tricky words in their different phases and the order your child will be taught them at school.
Eco-Friendly
We always try to make our products as eco-friendly as possible. So our cards are printed on A6 Eco Kraft recycled card 270gsm. They also come with an organic cotton bag to store them in - there is no plastic in sight!
