Mind Offline is based in Sag Harbor, NY and has a shoppable showroom at 112 Hampton Street in Sag Harbor.  In winter, we are open Sundays from 12-4 and  occasional special events. Please join our email list if you’d like to be notified of going’s on. 

We are currently accepting online orders 24 hours a day and will process online orders in batches on Monday and Friday.

We very much appreciate your patience as we are a small team vested in our small-batch makers.  We are in business for purpose over profit so we do not operate like most major retailers. Please ask questions or check our policies and current processing days above for clarity.

Shipping is free for orders over $150 and we also offer local delivery for orders over $300 on a first-come, first serve basis. Please contact info@mindoffline.org before placing large or urgent orders to ensure we can meet your timelines.

Artist and Wellness Practitioner Inquiries: Mind Offline reviews new program, product and artist inquiries in February for the following season. We may not respond to unsolicited sales other months of the year.
