U.S. SHIPPING & HANDLING
While we work hard to get every order out in a timely manner, you may experience delays with your order due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners. The store and staff are off on Monday + Tuesday so you may not hear back immediately on those days but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping Options and Rates
- Economy: Free for orders of $100+ – 5 to 8 business days within the continental U.S.
- UPS Ground: 1 to 2 business days (Note, we don't ship out on Mon or Tue)

Processing and Delivery:
- We ship all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed but we do not ship on Monday or Tuesday as our store is closed on those days.
- If your package doesn't arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you wait an additional 2 to 3 business days for it to arrive before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 2 business days from the following open business day (Wed - Sat) for Mind Offline.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Operating hours: We package and ship on days the store is open, currently Wed - Sunday. Customer service is closed on Monday + Tuesday and on U.S. holidays.
Processing time: Due to high demand periods, these shipping timeframes may be delayed by 24-36 hours.
Price Adjustments and Price Matching
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IF A PRICE IS REDUCED AFTER YOU HAVE MADE A PURCHASE. THIS KEEPS SALES FAIR FOR ALL OUR CUSTOMERS AND ALLOWS US TO OPERATE IN A MORE SUSTAINABLE WAY, OFFERING DEEPER DISCOUNTS AS THEY MAKE SENSE FOR THEE BUSINESS WHEN WE NEED TO MOVE EXCESS INVENTORY. PLEASE SHOP EARLY FOR THE BEST SELECTION AND TO SECURE THE SIZE/STYLE/COLOR OF YOUR CHOICE.
WE DO NOT MATCH PRICES FROM OTHER SITES. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS WITH A LIMITED STAFF. WE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR CUSTOMERS MAY NEED TO SHOP ANOTHER STORE/SITE IF THEY HAVE FOUND A BETTER PRICE. WE CAN'T COMPETE WITH THE BIGGER BOUTIQUES - NO HARD FEELINGS. WE HOPE YOU WILL BE BACK FOR OUR UNIQUE SELECTION IN THE FUTURE!
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We require that returned items are received within 7 days of the return being approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. there are no returns on SALE items.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@mindoffline.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There are no returns or exchanges accepted on items such as yarn, personal care, cosmetics, swimwear, opened kits, wetsuits or surfboards. Because we are a small business and cannot resell these items once they have gone home with you, we must adhere to this policy and appreciate your understanding.

Damages and issues with products shipped
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or incorrect item issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt. This is in line with the # of days we have to report damaged items to our own designers and suppliers.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Surfboards, swimwear, wetsuits and yarn are also not returnable because they cannot be restocked or resold as 'new' once they leave the store. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return the item you have stating the item you wish to exchange it for. We do our best to respond to all requests but some items may sell out in store or online before we can set them aside. The store is closed on Mon/Tue so you may not get a response on those days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
International orders purchased at Mind Offline—in store or online—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged with our current domestic return policy.
We do not offer free shipping on any international orders, only domestic U.S. orders are eligible for free shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Products Ordered Internationally
If purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt, please contact us at email@example.com. When contacting us, please provide the following:
- Clear photo of item and/or defect or damaged area, plus a front and back image of item
- Describe the issue in writing
- Your order #
Upon receipt of your request we will let you know the status of your order.
If an international customer is willing to pay all shipping charges, we will accommodate an international damaged return. Please allow 7 to 10 business days of processing time from the time the order was returned.
