We strive to minimize shipping waste, so if you don't see an answer below, we welcome you to ask as many questions as necessary in terms of  color, fit, sizing, content, etc. prior to ordering to minimize shipping and carbon waste. You can contact us at


While we work hard to get every order out in a timely manner, you may experience delays with your order due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners.

Domestic Shipping Options and Rates 

  • Economy: Free for orders of $100+ – 5 to 8 business days within the continental U.S.
  • UPS Ground: 1 to 2 business days

Processing and Delivery:

  • We ship all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. 
  • If your package doesn't arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you wait an additional  2 to 3 business days for it to arrive before contacting us at
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 2 business days from the following business day. 
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable.  

Operating hours:  We ship on weekdays, Monday through Friday. Customer service is closed on weekends and U.S. holidays. 

Processing time:  Due to high demand periods, these shipping timeframes may be delayed by 24-36 hours.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For kits, the packaging must be unopened as we cannot restock if opened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned and are considered FINAL SALE:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products) 
  • Surfboards 
  • Yarn
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Because we are a small business and cannot resell these items once they have gone home with you, we must adhere to this policy and appreciate your understanding.

Contact us at and let us know the reason for your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and other issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When contacting us please provide the following: 

  • If relevant, a clear photo of the defect or damaged area plus a front and back image of item
  • Describe the issue in writing
  • Your order #

Missing or Stolen Orders

Packaging theft and lost packages have been on the rise. Mind Offline cannot accept responsibility for any packages that might be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If the tracking shows the item was delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer to work with the local delivery service to locate the package. 


The fastest way to ensure a smooth exchange process is to return the item first. Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. 

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. 

International Orders

International orders purchased at Mind Offline—in store or online—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged with our current domestic return policy. 

We do not offer free shipping on any international orders, only domestic U.S. orders are eligible for free shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Products Ordered Internationally  

If purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt, please contact us at When contacting us, please provide the following:

Upon receipt of your request we will let you know the status of your order.

If an international customer is willing to pay all shipping charges, we will accommodate an international damaged return. Please allow 7 to 10 business days of processing time from the time the order was returned.
